Preferred Contracts Limited was formed in 1999 by David Doyle. The business has evolved from his experiences working with major blue chip retailers, developers, private clients and architects through the 70’s to present day. PCL is a multi disciplined specialist contractor, operating in the residential and retail sector carrying out all the duties of a modern contractor, from inception to completion. From this platform they have completed projects around the World; UK, America, Europe, The Middle East, Asia and Russia.
