Bespoke joinery for Old End
The redevelopment of this Arts and Crafts property was carried out in two phases with the demolition and installation of a substantial steel framework to create large open spaces to the ground floor and to accommodate the new rear glazed garden room. The garden room opens up onto a new raised external deck and natural pool set within landscaped gardens.
The works followed a strict Eco Build programme and phase two, the interior fit out, was mainly constructed using non toxic and low emission materials in line with the Green Building recommendations.
The interior fit out included electrical and mechanical design and install, traditional oak floors, plaster ceilings and walls, new staircases, bespoke joinery, metalwork and glass creating new living spaces to the whole of the ground and first floors of the property.
